I was getting my inserts from a newspaper company, whom one of the employees said it was ok to get out of their dumpster....now another employee said the coupons are worth money, BUT they throw them away....what is the the real deal on this. The second rep stated that it's the advertisers are paying to advertise like Kohl's JC Penny, etc, but neve mentioned the coupons....
