The Everyday Coupon Book costs $13.59 on Amazon, but it contains $500 worth of coupons and benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Granted, some of the retailers in this book are not available in every city, but most products are ones that consumers can find in every grocery store across America.

In this money-saving book, readers will find coupons for everything from Arm and Hammer laundry detergent to Lean Cuisine frozen entrees to drinks at Caribou Coffee. Caribou Coffee may not be located in everyone's home town, but they do offer discounts on coffee beans on their web site as well. The book includes some practical advice; from how to choose the best walking shoes to making easy-bake cookies for the holidays, to advice on boosting energy and getting a good night's sleep.

How to Save Money with the Everyday Coupon Book:

When perusing through this book, consumers should clip the coupons of products they use the most. It's OK to try something new with the discounts, but remember, it doesn't save money when items languish in the pantry and gather dust.

Use the Everyday Coupon Book to Save Money over the Holidays:

Take advantage of deals on toys and games for those kids (and kids at heart) on that gift list. On page 320 is a 10% coupon for University Games and AreYouGame.com. The coupon code is not good unless the purchase is for at least $30 worth of merchandise.

If educational DVD's are part of this holiday season shopping list, consider the coupon on page 321 for $2 off any Wubzy DVD. And for those pre-teens, Slick Sugar is offering free shipping on all it's Tees and dresses.

Save Money on Organic Products with the Everyday Coupon Book:

  • Simply Organic and Seventh Generation are a few of the manufacturers offering coupons for everything from organic foods to cleaning products and diapers.
  • The book also contains step-by-step instructions on how to choose the freshest fruits and vegetables, and when they are available.
  • The index in the back of the book makes it easy to find coupons by grouping them in categories including groceries, household items and personal care.
  • This book is heavy into living healthy, which is unusual for a coupon book. There's even a coupon for a free customized meal plan and 151 printable exercises from The Biggest Loser's Jillian Michaels.
  • Of course, the Everyday Coupon Book also contains information on breast cancer awareness and how to get involved in the Susan G. Komen for the Cure program.
