It packs an entire day's serving of veggies and contains 480 milligrams of sodium, 45% less than the average vegetable soup. • Campbell's Select Harvest Healthy Request Savory Chicken and Long Grain Rice You think you taste salt in this soup, because it is surprisingly unbland. But what you are actually tasting are natural sea salts instead. At 480 milligrams of sodium and only 120 calories, this soup is pretty tasty. Although it could use a few more vegetables and a little less rice. The veggies include carrots, celery and onions. If you like chicken and rice, this is the soup for you. Price: $2.77 for 18.6 ounces
  • Progresso Light Roasted Chicken and Vegetables At only 70 calories and 460 milligrams of sodium, it boasts 33% fewer calories and sodium than regular ready-to-serve soup. • Campbell's Soup at Hand Classic Tomato With 660 milligrams of sodium, Campbells claims it contains 25% less sodium than their other regular soups.
